These two law firms--RMWBH (Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC Law Firm) and Hoover Slovacek LLP--were reported to the FBI years ago and are currently in the FBI’s data base because these two law firms are in a complaint file. We are looking for any homeowner who has had any issues with either of these two law firms along with the Veracity, Inc. Property Management of Plano, Texas.

Both Christy D. Starling and I (Harvella Jones) have had bad experiences with RMWBH and Christy also with the Veracity Management Company as well as I additionally with Hoover Slovacek LLP.
RMWBH and Hoover Slovacek LLP had been operating for years under the radar until their malfeasance was reported to the FBI by Harvella Jones. These two law firms actively participated in helping their HOA client cover up a failed 2002 annexation of two new sections (5 and 6) to the existing HOA that covered Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 by counting (hands on) and representing to not only Harvella Jones but the court system and the public that the HOA had legally passed the 2002 annexation. Eventually the truth was exposed and the evidence is now preserved in various areas outside of the law firms so that the law firms will be unable to dispute or change the evidence.
Christy D. Starling has had her own set of issues with RMWBH and her management company Veracity, Inc. of Plano, Texas. However, Ms. Starling has an awesome victory to share with you all because she fought the tyranny in her HOA and WON!!!! Please read about it in her blog.
Since HOA's are not regulated "yet", the White House has instructed us to contact the FBI for mortgage fraud and "under color of law" violations with the court system.
