The National Homeowners Advocate group, LLC  is not a law firm.  The service rendered by Harvella Jones or any volunteer associated with the organization  is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.  We are homeowner advocates that were victimized by our HOA and from that we learned how to navigate our situation with various entities and are willing to share our boots-on-the-ground experience with other homeowners.  We collect a small membership fee to help us maintain and keep our national website up and running. 

The National Homeowners Advocate group, LLC is registered with the State of Texas and while we cannot provide legal advice, we can provide self-help services as per each individual complaint filed with our organization.   As an advocate group, we can also provide advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendations to homeowners about their possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies based on our own personal experiences and based on what we would do if in your shoes.  It is your discretion to accept whatever you want from the information given and to not hold the National Homeowners Advocate Group, LLC or Harvella Jones or any of its volunteers accountable for the final outcome of your decision if it is not one you are happy with.  If it is one you are happy with, spread the good news to others so that they may benefit from what we do.  Thank you for choosing our HOA advocacy service.  You are greatly appreciated.
